Everyday Life Autumn in Belhus Woods

Autumn is definitely one of my favourite seasons. The air turning crisp, the leaves changing into all of those beautiful colours – perfect conditions for exploring the nearby forests and country parks.

We recently went to Belhus Woods Country Park to have a little exploring session (and also to try out Antek’s new red wellies!). The weather was glorious, it was quiet and we had a long leisurely stroll, finding conkers and acorns, looking out for squirrels and of course jumping in muddy puddles! Whilst writing out this post I couldn’t help but look at last year’s autumnal walk in South Weald Country Park – look how much my boy has grown since then!
