Pumpkin Patch

A trip to a pumpkin patch was something I’ve wanted to do for a few years now, after seeing photos of kids (and adults) enjoying it popping up on my social media feed. I thought it could be a good fun for the little man and also a chance for all of us to get some fresh air.

A couple of weeks ago we went to Foxes Farm Produce in Basildon in order to pick up a big pumpkin for carving and lots of little ones for decorations (I created this little display in our living room). The day was incredibly warm and sunny and Antek was super excited about the whole trip – he kept on picking up the biggest pumpkins he could find! We also got lost in a corn maze, but luckily we could find our way out.

I think it’s fair to say the trip was a success and we will be returning next year – this time with another little pumpkin in tow!
